How clients opt in
Pipeline is an automated software service from Prompt & Purpose for loan officers who subscribe to it. It sends each subscriber reminders they schedule, a weekday morning summary of their tasks, calendar meeting reminders, and automated confirmations when they update their account by text. Messages go only to subscribing clients, never to consumers, borrowers, or other third parties.
To start receiving Pipeline messages, text START to (248) 927-2931
By texting START, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Prompt & Purpose about your Pipeline account, including reminders, daily summaries, and calendar notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies (typically 5–30 messages per weekday). Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel at any time. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
After texting START, you'll receive this confirmation:
Client consent form
Every client completes this form during onboarding, as part of their signed Statement of Work. It shows them the opt-in instruction above.

What messages contain
Messages contain only names, task stages, next steps, and dates. We never send or request Social Security numbers, account numbers, income, or credit information by text.
Privacy policy
This policy covers information collected through Pipeline and promptandpurpose.tech by Dillon Patterson, doing business as Prompt & Purpose.
What we collect
- Your name, email, mobile number, and billing information when you subscribe.
- The content of texts you send to Pipeline: names, task stages, next steps, and dates.
- Calendar events you ask Pipeline to create or that you share with it.
- Photos of your whiteboard you text in. We read the names from them and keep only your latest board photo, so you can see it in the Member Desk. Each new photo replaces the last one, and you can delete it there anytime (texting "delete" erases it too).
How we use it
Only to provide the Pipeline service to you: storing your updates, sending your reminders and summaries, managing your calendar, billing, and support.
Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We don't sell your information. We use service providers to run Pipeline (text messaging, hosting and database, AI processing, calendar, and payments), and they may process your information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Security and retention
Data is encrypted at rest, and only Prompt & Purpose has administrative access. You can text "export" for a copy of your data or "delete" to erase it. When your subscription ends, we delete your data within 30 days unless you ask for an export first.
